Simplicity is the state or quality of being simple. Simplicity can be used to imply beauty, purity, or clarity. There's great beauty in simplicity. Simplicity takes us away from artificiality; it simply accepts and in that acceptance shows us grace and humility in every circumstance
WEEK 1 :Simplicity means complete PURITY
Simplicity is usually considered as being plain and with no decoration. So when we think of simplicity we are not so attracted towards it. We tend to make a lot of effort to color ourselves with a lot of things from the outside which then become a part of our personality. But in this process we tend to lose touch with our innate purity and innocence. So we are not able to fully and freely express the beauty of our character. Simplicity means complete purity. It is to be satisfied and also free from every kind of negativity. So when we come back to our original purity and simplicity we are able to express our innate beauty and strength. Since we are natural, whatever we are doing, wherever we are, we will be able to express this natural nature.
WEEK 2 : Simplicity means free from PAIN
The one who is simple is the one who is free from pain. When I am simple I am able to be free from pain or hurt even in adverse situations. I am able to take benefit from the wealth of experiences accumulated over the past without feeling the pain. With simplicity I know that I need to remember the past only to the extent that I have to learn from it. When something goes wrong and I find myself thinking about it again and again, I need to remind myself that all the past experiences are only for me to learn from them. The past is finished and I don't have to undergo the sorrow again thinking about the past repeatedly.
WEEK 3 : TRUTH brings simplicity
Truth brings simplicity. When you have the power of truth, you are simple. When there is a connection with falsehood, there is artificiality and complications. If you have the power of truth within you and you are living with it, you will never want to show-off, nor would you be dependent on the compliments of others. So life becomes simple and easy. If you ever find yourself having waste thoughts because of your expectations from others, ask yourself what you expect from them that you don't have within yourself. The more you learn the art of connecting to your own innate truth, the easier it becomes to keep your life free from complications.
WEEK 4 : Simplicity is the promise of HAPPINESS
Simplicity is the promise of happiness. The one who is simple is able to see through the complications of situations and people. He has the ability to only pick out what is useful and worthy from the expanse of all that is available. A simple person's words and actions give happiness to those around. When we are simple in our vision and attitude, we are able to remain happy as we are free from the complications of all that is happening. It also helps to create an environment of happiness where others can also experience this happiness.
